How do you describe your own art practice?
I take pictures of the things I experience and see spontaneously, most of them tell the story of my life and my surroundings. I’m also interested in documenting society, traditions and events, and daily life, especially if there is any trace of decadence or particularity, but always taking them to my field, trying to convey the sensations and the atmosphere more than the fact itself, always under a satirical, “ugly-worshipping” and subjective point of view, and always looking for the extraordinary in the ordinary.
What was your first experience with art?
Since I was a kid I have always had an interest in art in general, but I never had the chance to get a real hands on experience until high school when I chose to take photography classes and I discovered my true passion.
What is your greatest source of inspiration?
At this moment I am mostly influenced by music, but I can find inspiration in everything and everywhere. It usually comes from something I see, I read, I hear or I feel.
What do you need in order to create your work?
Short answer: my camera. But in reality motivation, inspiration and time, and the stars aligned to have all that at the same time.
What are you working on at the moment?
Right now I’m working on an introspective project trying to explore myself and understand my inner feelings and the way I see life, and how this has made me the person I am today. On top of that I have a couple of ongoing projects with my partner JD Valiente about society.

I have recently discovered The Live Wild Collective.
