How do you describe your own art practice?

We find ourselves in a continuous meta-position.

What was your first experience with art?

Charles grew up with a mother who painted. Sarah was always intrigued by the fact Picasso had a pink and blue period.

What is your greatest source of inspiration?

The constant dialog we have with each other.

What do you need in order to create your work?

Time.

What are you working on at the moment?

We like to work on several projects simultaneously. We have several long-term projects between now 2016 and 2019. One is a sculpture in a public space, another project is a new short film that we are developing, and another project is a dance piece. Beside these we have our daily practice in the studio where we are continuously working on several on-going series and experiment with new materials.

What work or artist has most recently surprised you?

The dance piece ‘sixteen candles’, by Bryana Fritz & Christoffer Forbes-Schieche.
